Terms and Conditions

Ordering through our Website

We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions of our sofas and the various customisable features (i.e. materials, legs, etc.) that come with them. We do however acknowledge that not all aspects of our products can be conveyed on screen, and therefore we ask our customers to expect an acceptable degree of variation between the images provided and the finished product. We further advise our customers to visit our shop or request samples of their chosen material before placing an order. We will not accept small differences in colour as cause for a refund.

Deliveries and Returns

As the majority of our sofas are made to order, several weeks or months may elapse before they are ready for delivery. As such, we cannot provide a precise delivery date at the time of order. We will however keep you updated throughout every stage of production and, when your sofa is ready, we will contact you immediately to arrange delivery.

If you would like to return an item and believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We consider the following to be reasonable grounds for a full refund:

 

  • Incorrect model

  • Incorrect size

  • Incorrect fabric

  • Non-cosmetic / irreparable damage
     

If any of these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund and arrange for the sofa to be returned.

If you are otherwise dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will do what we can to address the issue. Failing that, we are happy to arrange for it to be brought back to us, and refund 50% of the price of the order (excluding shipping).
